Parenting Tips: 10 Mantras for Moms

This post may contain affiliate links. See my disclosure .

I know that I am not alone in struggling with a child. Before having kids, I wore rosy glasses when imagining family life. I didn’t factor in the obstacles – emotionally, physically, socially – that I’d face as a mother, a wife, a sister, a daughter, and a friend.

I get it.

I accept it.

This IS life.

This IS learning and growing as a human being. So, I welcome the darker days because I know that the darker days will bring reflection and evolution that is part of life. This past year has been quite challenging for my immediate family. I have had more dark, sad, lonely, disconnected days. I am hopeful, though.

Below are a few Parenting Tips that help me get from one day to the next.

Parenting Tips: Mantras for Moms

I will be kind today.

I’m a calm, confident leader.

This moment will pass.

Hold on to this moment.

Treat myself with love.

Be gentle.

Move slowly.

Go outside and breath.

I am strong and capable.

I am loved.
