Montessori Stocking Stuffers for Toddlers that Will Not Disappoint!

The holidays are a special time spending with family, creating warm memories. The holidays don’t have to be all about gifts but I have to be honest with you, stockings are my favorite! In fact I could go without any other gift and be satisfied with my stocking. I suppose because the items filling your stocking, or at least my stocking, were always quite practical and useful in my life.

So, with that idea in mind, here are a few Montessori Stocking Stuffers for you to mull over. The stocking stuffers are for children in true Montessori style. There is always learning, a learning that can be led by the child himself, involved in the material. There is also great joy. Let me know your favorite Montessori Stock Stuffers and Montessori Gifts for Kids!

eeBoo Tell Me a Story Cards are the best. We encountered these cards at a friend’s home about a year ago. She was having a party and my sons needed a break. So we went exploring in the playroom. We found these cards and my sons (and me and my husband) were hooked on them. The cards allow such creativity and children are drawn to the illustrations. If you aren’t into these cards, or already own them, these Optical Illusion Cards are pretty great, too.

Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils were introduced to me during my Montessori training. These pencils are high quality and worth every penny. They just happen to be marked down 60% at the current moment. Jump on it, friends.
This Magnetic Racer offered through Montessori Services (actually less expensive than via Amazon) will not only entertain children but ignite their desire to want to learn more about magnetic science. This small toy is perfect for a stocking and will intrigued a child.

Any piece within this Home Depot Power Tool Set would be a great stocking stuffer. Kids are ready to use REAL tools. Introduce them gently with kid sized tools. If you aren’t interested in the Home Depot Power Tool Set, check out Montessori Services offers several child sized tool set options. If you aren’t interested in woodworking tools, check out Montessori Services’ kid sized kitchen tools.

The ABCs of Yoga for Kids Learning Cards are adorable. My boys love them. Not only do they learn sounds but they learn yoga (and have fun doing it). Yoga is beneficial for children, as it is for adults, to help create a sense of stillness and peace within the body. This practice is particularly great for children who are just developing these self regulation skills.

Thanks for visiting my blog today. Happy holidays to you and your family. Leave me a comment! Let me know your favorite Montessori stocking stuffers!
